US Customers:

For all US orders we ship directly from our warehouse on the Gold Coast, Australia using the most cost effective and safest International Couriers.
Shipping cost:

• $20 flat rate for all US orders under $46.
• $10 flat rate for all US orders between $46 and $100.
• FREE Shipping when you spend over $100+.
  

Goods will take 10-15 days to arrive, these time frames may vary.

NZ Customers:

• $11 NZD flat rate Shipping for all NZ orders under $100.
• FREE Shipping when you spend over $100+.
• All prices shown in NZD. Tracked and insured, delivered in 3-7 days.

Europe Customers: (Germany, Denmark & Switzerland)

For orders shipped to Germany, Denmark and Switzerland:

• €15 flat rate for all orders under €50.
• €10 flat rate for all orders between €50 and €100.
• FREE Shipping when you spend over €100+.

Duties & taxes: Duties and taxes vary by destination. Any amounts collected by us are shown at checkout; additional import charges may be payable on delivery.

Denmark — DAP (Delivered at Place)
Orders to Denmark are shipped DAP. Import duties, VAT and any applicable customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are payable by the recipient when requested by customs or the carrier. This also applies to orders that qualify for free shipping.

International Customers: (Excluding US, NZ, Germany, Denmark & Switzerland)

For all international customers excluding the above, we use Australia Post International as our standard shipping method.

If you select an alternative courier at checkout (such as DHL or UPS), your order will be shipped using the selected service.

Goods will take approximately 10–15 days to arrive. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination and courier.

• USA & Canada: Duties & taxes are included in the product price. No additional import duties or taxes are payable on delivery.
  Other destinations: Duties and taxes vary by destination. Any amounts collected by us are shown at checkout; additional import charges may be payable on delivery.
• Australia Post will attempt delivery to your provided address. If delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment may be rescheduled or made available for collection, depending on the local postal service.
• In some cases, Australia Post may use third-party postal partners in the destination country to complete delivery.
• If your package is lost in transit or delayed, please contact the relevant courier using the tracking number provided with your order. If the courier cannot provide a clear update, please contact us so we can assist further.

Australian Customers:

How much does shipping cost?

We use Australia Post service to deliver Australia wide. For orders within Australia shipping is FREE when you spend over $89 and a $10 flat rate for orders under $89.

How long does shipping take?

Within Australia:

* Melbourne Metro, 1-3 business days
* Sydney Metro, 1-3 business days
* Adelaide metro, 1-3 business days
* Brisbane and Queensland Metro hubs, overnight
* Perth Metro, 3-5 business days.
* Other towns and rural hubs may experience extended transit times.

International:
Standard delivery via Australia Post International takes approximately 10-15 business days. If you select DHL Express at checkout, delivery to central areas takes 2-7 business days, rural areas may take longer.
Please note all shipping ETA's are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances our of our control especially during busy periods such as Christmas.

Order Dispatch:
Orders will be despatched from our warehouse on The Gold Coast, Australia within 24-48 hours after purchase. (Excludes weekends)
