US Customers:

For all US orders we ship directly from our warehouse in Australia using DHL Ecommerce. This is the safest and quickest way to ship to the US. 

Goods will take 10-15 days to arrive, these time frames may vary.

All US orders under $800 usd are free of any import and duties. Any orders exceeding this amount will incur import and duties at customs, which will be requested via DHL or Customs within the US.

*Any other international countries are liable for import duties.

DHL will attempt to deliver goods at your suggested address if failure to accept delivery goods will be rescheduled for delivery.

Once second delivery is attempted and the package is not successfully delivered, DHL will hold the shipment until it can be delivered again.

DHL will occasionally use third-party delivery services such as UPS for any "remote area deliveries". Remote area deliveries are classified as areas where DHL has no access to drivers or are too far from DHL facility.

In any case that a package is lost in transit or delayed, please contact DHL with the supplied tracking number from your order. For any cases where DHL has no clear answer, please contact us immediately so we can step in and resolve the issue.

How much does shipping cost?

We use Australia Post service to deliver Australia wide. For orders within Australia shipping is FREE when you spend over $89 and a $10 flat rate for orders under $89. 

International shipping is calculated on checkout depending where you are based. We use DHL's premium service to ship all over the world. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about shipping internationally.

How long does shipping take?

Within Australia:

  • Melbourne Metro, 1-3 business days
  • Sydney Metro, 1-3 business days
  • Adelaide metro, 1-3 business days
  • Brisbane and Queensland Metro hubs, overnight
  • Perth Metro, 3-5 business days.
  • Other towns and rural hubs may experience extended transit times.

International:

To central areas timing varies between 2- 7 business days, rural areas may take longer.
