Great basket and get good extraction every shot
The Breville Bambino has a plastic piece in the portafilter. You take that out, (and all the micro plastics this brings with heated water), and put this new basket in. The crema and taste are just magnificent with this and the shower adapter. I also appreciate the coaching I received to get my cup of Americano perfect!
You sent the wrong size this is to big.
Your email is saying how would I rate the 54 filter basket but I we sent a 58.5 FB and hence it doesn’t fit as per picture. So bit disappointed about that. How do we go about a remedy?
In combination with the bottomless portafilter the 22g EP Electro Polished Filter Basket is awesome, once dialled in it gives great repeatable and consistent results. We have taken our home espresso to a new level. Thanks Pesado 58.5.
The 54mm basket quality doesn’t look anywhere near what the site photos represent. The inside buffing looks subpar to the original Breville basket. Cant say anything about the electro polishing.
The filter basket fits perfectly on to the portafilter of my Breville Infusion (54 mm). The finish and quality overall are very good. The tiny holes at the bottom extend further closer to the edges than the original. It seems to be able to hold more coffee if it wasn't for the shower screen protruding further than the original. However, it is very difficult to remove the filter basket from the portafilter. In addition, since the sides are not tapered, removing the used coffee pucks needs several strikes.
You sent a 58.5 basket not 54.
Genius! This basket combined with the high diffusion shower screen and some helpful and clear advice from Daniel is genius. I’m delighting in more consistent, flavoursome coffee.
Wow what a surprise when this was delivered looked superb, and even better the coffee become even more ridiculously good. Slight adjustments made to grind and bang perfect crema everytime.

best for your dark roasts, when you don't need highest extraction
Works well with the Pesado show screen, however, it is hard to remove from the portafilter to clean and used coffee grounds are really compacted in making difficult to empty grounds
Very snug fit in the Breville portafilter. Seems to improve pressure and extraction.
Excellent build quality
I used the 22 gram basket to make an espresso for my wife and myself. This basket was a breeze to use. No channeling and the puck came out very easily.

got the EP20 to be used with Oracle jet, adjusted the Auto tamp to maximum, and still the basket give me 25g of coffee, I am using dark to medium roast. although flavor and texture of the coffee was perfect. wish to try the 18g basket and see if it will get me 20 to 21g.
I still have some spurting at the sides onto the sides of my cup but better than before
A quality product, it has greatly added to my daily shot quality.

Didnt get as nice a cup from it as the stock one and the puck waa hard to knock out conpared to stock too. We moved back to the stock filter

The filter basket does not fit the stock Breville portafilter. I want to make a return but customer service is making it difficult. Purchase at your risk.
