My tamping station, just perfect for my workflow 👌🏽
I saw videos on this distributor and I really liked its brilliant concept: using gravity to help distribute grounds in the basket, I got one to try it out and I have to say, it really works! It smooths out and evenly distributes the grounds before tamping. My espresso tastes better, too! Definitely worth it!

The combination of my new impact-gravity distributor and High Diffusion Shower Screen from Pesado, my coffee’s are consistently mouth watering.
It’s a game changer! It took a little while to dial back in my grind and tamp pressure, but once I got it right, goodbye channeling, hello improved shot quality.
It just works. Gotta say, it's the best distribution tool available in the market, I've tried a lot and own a few (SAI BT Wedge, Normcore, Motta). Aside from just polishing the top of the puck, the impact tapping mechanism actually makes the puck more compacted all the way through to the bottom from the vibration, to the point that you really don't need to tamp it after, for that alone it'll be perfect for commercial use. Just make sure the bed is pretty even before using it and the shots gonna be pulled out evenly and beautifully.
The heavy weight and rocking motion really ensure no tamping needed, a few time I forgot to tamp, the coffee still taste nice!!

Device doesn’t seem to work well even with the Pesado EP baskets. Device doesn’t move smoothly (feels like there are grounds in the mechanism), doesn’t unscrew from the top at all meaning I can’t clean it, catches coffee grinds in the screw cutout ejecting grinds everywhere, leaves grinds on the edge of the basket and the paint has already chipped. I am very disappointed with this. It distributes well, but has many downfalls.
Very nice product. Solid metal housing and the rubbr ring around it for additional grip is a nice touch.

I don't understand how this item actually works!
The device itself is terrific - 5-star. It does not come with a stand and I don't know where to put it since it doesn't sit flat on the counter. I'm a machinist, so I will make my own stainless steel stand for it.
Great fit and finish. The machine work is lovely, and it is a joy to use every time I pull a shot. It fits my BEP, IMS, and stock Gaggia baskets perfectly.

Using it professionally in a busy cafe and absolutely loving it. Although I do have a 58.5mm Pullman tamper, I don’t think it is necessary to use it anymore. Distribution+gravity+impact offers an improved way to puck prep. Nice workflow, consistent result. No other step or tool is needed. Needles and shakers are a waste of time and money, in my experience. This is a thoughtful product that works. Great job Pesado, this has exceeded my expectations. I’ll be buying one for home, too. Thank you!

Great product but don’t buy the white one. The rubber ring around it stays white for a few days before its quickly discolours. Will buy a black one instead
A little disappointed. Came with no instructions and did not seem to be working correctly. I took apart and cleaned and lubricated. It seems to be working properly now. It does smooths the coffee bed nicely, but hard to tell if it really makes any difference. It is fun to use.
LOVE THIS!!!!! It’s freakin heavy, and machined beautifully! I love how it drops out of the bottom like a piston, and kind of works its way down to depth as you spin it! It’s big, chunky and completely awesome!
I loved the weight and feeling of quality right out of the box but had no idea how to use it. A quick look on the website gave me a video with full instructions. It takes a few goes to get the knack but then there's no looking back, it's a great toll to help prepare the perfect puck!
