The Pesado Bottomless/Naked Portafilter head/body has been designed to optimize efficiency and durability. The head/body and spout have been made entirely in stainless steel to increase strength and performance with heavy usage.
The open portafilter spout has a precise splitting curve and the inner surface has been machined to enhance the coffee thickness during the pour. For ease of cleaning, the spout can be easily removed and the stainless steel body can handle any kind of harsh coffee machine cleaning solutions.

I have an Ascaso Baby T, which I love, but have always liked the rubber portafilter handles. Ascaso does not offer them or the bottomless head separately. I was able to purchase another brand rubber handle, but it has the M12 male threads and so does the Ascaso head that came with the wooden handle.
I found one on your website with the female threads, but I wasn’t sure if it would fit the Ascaso. I reached out to Pesado, but they were not sure either.
Thanks to ai I was able to do a question about the fit and it told me exactly which one to order. Ai promised a perfect fit and it was.

Had used the filter in breville machine but now with an upgrade I needed the portafilter to fit the new machine. So good that can buy the bit individually.

I love the simplicity of the design, and the high quality construction. Paired with an IMS basket (I got the 18g one, it can fit a lot more than that), it pours beautiful espresso. The handle is strong and smooth, but maybe a little hollow? It’s well balanced though, and feels like commercial grade SS. Very happy to support this company!

I love the new hybrid portafilter. Lovely carving image under the bottom cover. It surely is easy to separate from the body. You just grip the wings and rotate 4 times. I recommend it to everyone who love pesado logo and both nakid and spout options according to coffee cup or glass.
The condition of surface is quite smooth and well easy to grip well. It's about 200g difference compare to the normal Pesado metal portafilter. I recommand who needs a little light weight . The head of NS type is easly compatible to the metal grips and POM grips both.

Bought a cheap naked basket for my breville barista pro…. Regretted it. Saw the pesado one which was one of the only ones out there with there logo stamped into the handle. Unlike everyone else’s which means they aren’t going to be the same as everyone else’s generic one. Quality is top notch, weighted well, not cheap metal chrome plated like my eBay special. These were paired with two IMS baskets which fit perfectly. Very happy with them. Looks to be some sort of stainless steel, not chrome plated (which can flake off).

Fits perfect in Breville Dual Boiler. Good weight, handle feels good/nice grip texture. Only negative comment is the Pesado branding on the metal looks a little rough although doesn't change function. All other machining looks high quality.
