Charged $29 to ship some replacement needles only for clump crusher. After 3 weeks, still has not arrived.

When I enquired about this ai was advised to just snip off the damaged ends and use them as is.

The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I believe there should be at least 4 extra needles when you buy the wdt tool itself. There were none, and i had to pay $20 in shipping for $1 needles when mine bent. The pesado shipping rates for these small items are ridiculous. In retrospect, I should've just bought a new wdt tool from Amazon and it would've been cheaper, but i like the look of the clump crusher and I already spent money on it. Please, pesado, do something about the shipping rates.

Just wanted some spare needles for the Pesado WDT, which I love. It does a great job.

The package came as expected, but the needles don't fit well into my Pesado WDT and require tampering to ensure they do fit and don't fall off once in place.
